When you hire Anthony's Plumbing, you can expect the following: STEP 1 : We will obtain all necessary permits and coordinate with other contractors to ensure the job is completed in a timely and efficient manner. STEP 2 : We will begin with the rough-in plumbing and/or ground work on the scheduled start date agreed upon. STEP 3 : We will test all plumbing and schedule a rough-in and/or ground work inspection with the city. STEP 4 : We will set all plumbing fixtures and schedule a final plumbing inspection with the city. Throughout the project, we maintain close communication with our customers to ensure their satisfaction and accommodate any necessary changes. Permits & Coordination
STEP 1
STEP 1 To ensure your project stays on track, we follow a structured approach at Anthony's Plumbing. Our first step is to order all the necessary materials for your job so that our plumbers have everything they need to start the project promptly. Additionally, we take care of pulling all the necessary permits from the city, so our plumbing tasks can begin without any delays. We understand that time is valuable and we strive to complete every project efficiently and effectively. At Anthony's Plumbing, we pride ourselves on our attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ground Work / Rough-in Plumbing Completion & Inspection
STEP 2 STEP 3
At Anthony's Plumbing, we understand that the plumbing aspect of your project is critical and needs to be handled with care. Our plumbers will begin the plumbing task in STEP 2, starting with any underground plumbing such as sewer, water, and natural gas if needed. If there is no underground plumbing, we will move on to the Rough-in stage, which involves all plumbing within walls and joists.
Throughout the project, we maintain open communication with the homeowner, contractor, and other trades involved to ensure a seamless transition. In STEP 3 , we meticulously test all plumbing to ensure it is functioning correctly before scheduling a planned inspection with the city. Once the inspection has passed, we can proceed to cover all plumbing with drywall or dirt when underground.

Trim Time & Final Inspection
STEP 4
As your project nears completion, it's time for STEP 4 at Anthony's Plumbing - trim time. This stage of the job involves setting all plumbing fixture trims while ensuring that we communicate with the homeowner and/or contractor to ensure their vision is realized.
At this point, the tile, drywall, cabinets, and paint should be finished in areas that involve plumbing fixtures, and we will carefully set all trim related to our scope of the job. Our plumbers are meticulous in their work and take pride in delivering a finished product that exceeds your expectations.
Once the trim is complete, we will call for the final inspection with the city, allowing for occupancy. At Anthony's Plumbing, we understand that completing a project on time and on budget is essential, and we take great care to ensure that every step of the process is carried out efficiently and effectively.
